Iraq Prime Minister 'Not America's Man'

Iraq's Prime Minister was quoted as saying that, "while he is a friend, he is not America's man in Iraq."

He said that, due to security concerns in Baghdad, he'd prefer to be America's man in Saint-Tropez.
